The Coffee Apothecary

Overview

The Coffee Apothecary combines small-batch, in-house roasted beans with a welcoming shop atmosphere that celebrates community and craft. To support their vision, we developed a cohesive brand strategy, elevated their copywriting by defining value propositions and key positioning statements, and captured their story through lifestyle and product photography. We also created custom icon sets to guide customers on brewing methods for each roast and completed a comprehensive Shopify migration, including design and launch. After consolidating their customer data, we created targeted drip campaigns to launch the new site alongside Black Friday and holiday gift guides, supported by in-store promotions and social media efforts to drive engagement and sales.
