The Role: 

We’re looking for a Creative Studio Assistant ready to jump in, roll up their sleeves, and grow with our team. This is a full time contact based in Taos, working out of our downtown office. The right candidate is excited by the variety, and ready to do creative work from day one. You’ll be working across design, brand building, social media and content creation. We partner with brands, business and non-profits to tell compelling stories across various channels and platforms. 

You’ll be involved in: 

● Creating on-brand visuals assets for clients - social media graphics, marketing materials, e-mails, websites, presentations and more. 

● Supporting social media content across platforms & clients, keeping content calendars on track, and content posted on time 

● Assisting with copywriting and content creation - we’ll teach you our approach and best practices 

● Helping keep projects organized and moving forward across client accounts 

● Working closely with the Benthouse team to translate creative direction into finished, well-executed work 

● Contributing to ideas and growing into more responsibility as the agency grows 

What We’re Looking For: 

● Design experience, or a portfolio that shows what you’re capable of 

● Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, primarily Illustrator and Photoshop 

● A curiosity for writing and storytelling 

● Comfortable with social media, and what makes content perform 

● Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple taste without dropping the ball 

● Collaborative, and genuinely excited about creative work and supporting the local community 

● Experience with squarespace, shopify, and email platforms like mailchimp, or klayvio are a plus!
